Personally working with some of the world’s top companies in Mining Resources, Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure, Veronica is an experienced professional coach; She primarily forged her experience as a specialist consultant in Mining Resources; first as a rookie working for Ecco International and then as an owner/Managing Director of a HRM Company, Aslan Pty Ltd which has been operating currently 20 years. Her drive to bring out the best in people through developing their careers, became a full time passion for coaching and developing the leader in each of us. She is an accredited coach and mentor, working with executives in the SME and Corporate Sector, and also, as a Mentor Coach, training and mentoring participants of the Real Education Coach Programme (Qld).
Veronica believes that powerful authentic leaders know themselves from their core. Her years working with project managers and engineering professionals in major mining projects has shown her that the best leaders lead from the heart, with intention deliberation and courage, they are not scared to speak their truth or to listen to others. With her own wealth of expertise, Veronica is passionate about coaching entrepreneurs and business professionals, especially women in business and leadership roles to outstanding and sustainable success.

Melinda Horton is a professional coach who ran her own small businesses for 14 years before moving into corporate management and executive positions for 8.5 years.
She has held executive general management positions across Human Resources, Information Technology, Organisational Development and Facilities Management in the manufacturing and construction industries, and has significant experience at senior management level building and leading customer service oriented functions. Her particular strengths span change management, communication and business process improvement with a proven track record in functional and executive management.
She combines her work ethic, business acumen and people skills to develop leaders and workplace teams that strive to deliver outcomes. Melinda harnesses the talents of people and coaches them outside their ‘norms’ to produce consistent success through developing commerciality and instilling a strong focus on superior service to customers and stakeholders, internal and external.
Melinda provides coaching, consulting and facilitation services and actively seeks to partner with individuals and organisations that truly value their people and their contributions. Her vision, and passion, is to align management and leadership through communication to achieve better teams, better workplaces and better results.

As a leader in her field, Sue has brought her life skills and experiences together to create Northern Rivers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. She has over 30 years experience being self employed as well as senior administration roles in the NSW Education Department, where she branched out into training and mentoring adults. In her career she has worked with many people from parents who want to better support their children’s development, relationship and peer support through to women developing their authentic leadership styles.
Sue has chosen a path of personal and professional growth and development which has been a huge part of her life for the last 12 years, studying consistently in the areas of Counselling and human development, Coaching, Natural Horsemanship and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Business Services Consultant – Juanita Kaminski
Juanita’s essential role as the Financial Controller is to ensure that Aslan’s business and financial operations run effectively. Working closely with us in all aspects of the business her primary area of expertise is the development and implementation and maintenance of procedures and systems internally. Additionally Juanita assists our SME clients with streamlining their account systems, she is also part of the change management and business process improvement team. Her functional capability is to maintain the integrity of our high level of service to our clients. Juanita is totally results focused and always pursues the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.
Juanita brings to the Aslan team a family business background with exceptional detail focus in accounting procedures and strong experience in sales and marketing. She is a natural relationship manager – with strong public relationship skills. Her ability to develop and retain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients add intrinsic value to both our clients and our business.
