Veronica Phillips is a highly experienced coach and facilitator with over 20 years of practice across personal, leadership and organisational development. As the principal of Aslan for more than three decades, her work is grounded in a deep understanding of people, leadership and the dynamics that shape meaningful growth.

Veronica works from a values-led foundation, partnering with executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals to strengthen self-leadership, deepen awareness and support purposeful change. Her approach reflects a belief that leadership is not defined by position, but by how we show up - in our work, our relationships and our lives.

At the core of her practice is the understanding that sustainable leadership begins with self-awareness, responsibility and choice. When individuals learn to lead themselves with honesty and integrity, they are better equipped to lead others in ways that are authentic, grounded and impactful.

Juanita Kaminski is a coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience working across diverse industries including human resources, recruitment, small business, sales and finance. Her broad professional background brings a practical, real-world understanding to her work with individuals, emerging professionals and small business leaders.

Juanita is known for her natural ability to build trust and connection, creating environments where people feel supported, understood and confident to move forward. Her relational approach, combined with strong organisational insight, enables her to guide clients through career decisions, transitions and new opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Working from a values-based framework, Juanita partners with individuals to explore direction, capability and potential - whether at the beginning of a career, navigating change, or seeking greater alignment in their work. She works alongside clients to turn clarity into practical direction, supporting them to make confident decisions and take the next step in their career or business.

nick jolly

Nick operates as a down to earth pragmatic coach with experience underpinned by 25 years in corporate business leadership roles across the construction and industrial manufacturing industries.  Nick is highly perceptive and has a skill for creating awareness whilst coming from a place of compassion and understanding with accountability.  “I get a kick out of supporting awareness, growth and change that delivers greater levels of individual and organisational health, ultimately contributing to positive social outcomes at the family and community level”.  Nick has an ability to take the complexities of organisational leadership and simplify that complexity to its' component parts.

With the term “relational” representing the opportunities existing within individuals, between people and systems, Nick’s psychotherapy training supports his unique approach towards developing greater self-awareness, capacity and authenticity at the personal and professional level.

Melinda Horton

Melinda is an experienced executive, facilitator and a professional coach credentialed by the International Coaching
Federation (ICF).  Her practice is underpinned by more than 30 years’ experience as a business owner, executive leader and consultant.  She is passionate about values-based leadership and supporting the development of increased self-awareness and individual accountability.  Melinda believes this is an essential foundation on which great leaders, effective communication and healthy relationships are developed.


Frequently partnering with organisations undergoing significant transformational change, Melinda supports activities and initiatives that drive action, improve communication and build strong relationships to deliver better results.  Her work ethic, business acumen and people skills are strengths that have allowed her to support her clients to navigate strategic change, plan for the future, and develop performance-focused teams that deliver outcomes.
